Here are the complete tune-up services offered by Vélozophie. You can personalize your maintenance by adding items from our “À la carte” service to meet all your bike’s needs.

Due to the busy season, we accept bike tune-ups by appointment only. Walk-ins may be refused.
n order to guarantee the efficiency of our service, we ask for a $15 deposit per bike when making an appointment. In the event of cancellation, we will refund this amount if you contact us 48 hours in advance.

- Vélozophie offers a complete maintenance service for your bike. You can choose from 3 different tune-ups to find the one that best suits your needs, or take advantage of our à la carte service.
- All tune-ups are guaranteed for 30 days. If one of our adjustments doesn’t seem precise enough, come back and we’ll be happy to readjust your bike on the spot.
- Rest assured, we’ll do everything we can to keep costs down, but for any extra charge that exceeds your invoice value by 10%, we’ll call you to see if you want to go ahead. Vélozophie doesn’t want you to have any unpleasant surprises.
