We do not deliver electric-assist bicycles.

Transport and delivery
When you make a purchase on our site, you agree and acknowledge to provide a valid email and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equivalent to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. While we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Delivery only to provinces (NL, PE, NS, NB, QC, ON, MB, SK, AB, BC).
  • FREE shipping on purchases of $200 or more.
  • 20$ fee for all purchases under $200.
  • FREE shipping on bikes costing $2,000 or more.
  • Contact us for bikes under $2000.


For all online purchases, no exchanges will be accepted, we only offer refunds.

We accept refund requests on our site for products that meet one of the following requirements:

  1. the product is broken in transit
  2. the product has a manufacturing defect
  3. the product is not as described
  4. the item is the wrong size
  5. you’ve changed your mind

Refund requests can be made within 30 days of receipt of your goods.

Refunds do not apply to the following products/services:

  • Tires and tubes
  • Food
  • Used items
  • Items no longer in their original packaging
  • Items discounted by 30% or more
  • Clothing
  • Bikes

Returns can be made in person at the following locations: At our boutique at 710 boulevard St-Joseph or by mail.

Here is the procedure for returning your items by mail:
Before returning your item, you must contact us so that we can send you a return number. Vélozophie does not assume any return shipping costs EXCEPT in the case of an error on our part, if the item was damaged during shipping or if the item has a manufacturing defect.
